Beast - Mr. Hurricane
Purchase CD from Amazon Download song from iTunes
In my humble opinion, the Grammy nomination for this video was a huge success for the music community because it actually feels like a worthy selection. In a sea of trivial, radio-play nominations, Beast surfaced with a totally unique, trip-rock style song and dancing bee-man video that everyone from the underground to the mainstream could love.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll
Purchase CD from Amazon
Download song from iTunes (it's so worth it) Download Video from iTunes
Yeah Yeah Yeahs always put out the most incredible videos and for me, this one rests close to the top of a very prestigious list. Featuring a sort of Michael Jackson/werewolf hybrid and a red confetti massacre, this video is such a compliment to the fierce and so fuckin' new wave sound.

Housetrap (feat. Dave Kane) - Freak
Purchase MP3 from Amazon
A hilariously awful Kung Fu movie remixed to some pretty damn good house music. Now, that's what I call entertainment!

Catfish Haven - Tell Me
Download Song from iTunes Purchase CD from Amazon
Lead by the utterly soulful and sincere George Hunter, Catfish Haven breaks the mold (along with a few stereotypes) and with a house full of left over party-people, this video also has a familiar and relatable place in my heart.

Noisettes - Never Forget You
Purchase CD from Amazon Download the Ringtone
Download song from iTunes
This soulful and bluesy release from the United Kingdom's Noisettes is such a unique, refreshing sound and this video is somehow vintage and contemporary all at once. Vocalist and bassist, Shingai Shoniwa, assumes the role of a doowop diva and gives us a delicious taste of modern-day mowtown in Never Forget You.
